Shipping

Once your payment has been received, your order will be dispatched as soon as possible. Afterwards you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. Your order will be shipped by PostNL parcel, which delivers it in 1-2 days. For international shipments it will take 3-4 days. All orders are shipped by registered mail. In case of international shipment we will contact you.

 

Orders made before 14.00 will be send the same day. Orders made after 14.00 will be send the next day.

 

Please consider the following:

- PostNL delivers parcels at other times than regular mail.

- We have no influence on the delivery times.

- You must sign for receipt by an electronic signature on a handheld terminal.

- PostNL delivers 5 days a week. If you're not at home, the postman will deliver the package later. If you are not at home during the second delivery you can pick up the package at the post office. You will receive a message from the postman in your mailbox that says where you can pick up your package. You have three weeks to pick up your package. Shipping charges are not reimbursed.

Belgium and Germany: € 8,95 for all orders, regardless of the purchase amount.

Shipping to Europe EUR3: € 27,50

Shipping outside Europe: € 21,95

Pick up

If you are in the opportunity, items can be picked up at the store in Wassenaar. You can specify during checkout. Note: we only reserve items for a maximum of 5 days.
